1. Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at nemo@nemogould.com within 5 days of receiving your artwork to initiate a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition. It must be packaged securely in the original shipping materials (or equivalent high-quality packaging) to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
3. Shipping and Costs
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for the full value of the artwork. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment less a 10% restocking charge.
5. Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the artwork. I will work with you to resolve the issue through a repair, replacement, or refund.
6. Exceptions
All custom commissions and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
