Accessibility

Nemo Gould’s studio site is meant to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or captions. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we do

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “skip to content” link.
• Text and controls are designed for strong colour contrast, and text can be enlarged up to 200% without losing content.
• Images carry descriptive text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Forms, the shop, the cart and checkout use clear labels and announce errors.
• Motion and animation respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
• We test the site regularly with automated tools and by hand.

Known limits

• Some older videos with spoken words do not yet have captions. We are adding them.
• A few older photographs have short descriptions that we are improving over time.
• Payment buttons (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and similar) are provided by third parties, and we rely on their own accessibility work.
